As an Electrified Powertrain Development Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and sustainability in the automotive industry and beyond. Collaborate with top-tier clients and contribute to the development of greener, safer, and more efficient mobility solutions across various sectors including automotive, rail, marine, and energy.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Collaboration: Engage closely with esteemed clients to understand their unique requirements and objectives in developing electrified powertrains for diverse applications.

Test Planning and Supervision: Define testing requirements in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Supervise the setup of testing facilities to ensure compliance with technical specifications. Create Bills of Materials (BoM) as necessary.

On-site Support: Provide on-site support at customer or other facilities as needed to monitor and ensure the successful execution of testing campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Proven track record in automotive powertrain development, with expertise in electrified powertrains.
• Strong technical acumen and proficiency in test planning, data analysis, and issue resolution.
