Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the first point of contact for our clients,establishing robust relationships and addressing their needs with utmost professionalism.
•  Project Coordination: Collaborate closely with our designers and developers to manage and deliver web and IT projects efficiently.
• Account Growth: Identify and capitalise on opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services, thereby driving increased revenue and business expansion.
• Strategic Consulting: Provide actionable, strategic insights to clients, helping them to fully leverage our services for their business advantage.
• Issue Resolution: Effectively manage and resolve any issues, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
