We currently have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Handyperson, Building Technician or Maintenance Assistant to join a maintenance team based in a large commercial office building near Holborn.
Working hours: 08:00-17:00, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities of the Handyperson
- Building fabric maintenance, painting, minor carpentry etc.
- Conduct site walk rounds and completing reports.
- Minor painting / fitting doors, changing broken tiles etc.
- Checking / repairing sanitary ware, toilets, taps etc.
- Changing / cleaning filters.
About You as the Handyperson
- Basic Building services / maintenance background.
- Basic Electrical and Plumbing knowledge.
- Experience working in large commercial building.
- Must be smart and presentable, have excellent communication skills and be client facing as you will be interacting with the client on site on a daily basis.
