Site Manager (Liverpool)

Carbon 60 is looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager for its leading construction client based in Aintree Liverpool
This is for an immediate start with the contract due to last 6 months
Pay rate is £280 per day CIS
Duties will include supervision of all contractors and sub contractors, ensure all relevant paperwork is up to date and all H&S regulations are being adhered to.
You will be overseeing the construction of operating theatres, rack roof removal and refurbishment
You will need to hold a black or white CSCS card along with SMSTS and First Aid at work
Experience with a tier 1 contractor on a healthcare refurbishment contract is essential for this role
