REF 28903 – REGIONAL RESIDENT LIAISON MANAGER/OCCUPANCY SPECIALIST – CAMBRIDGE AREA WITH TRAVEL TO SITES ACROSS EAST ANGLIA - £UP TO 50,000 BASE SALARY + 5K CAR ALLOWANCE + BONUS.

Forest Care Selection are currently working in partnership with a leading independent provider of care and nursing homes that operates a unique model of care and is developing services across England. 

This innovative provider is seeking a Regional Resident Liaison Manager/Occupancy Specialist to work on developing occupancy levels and customer experience at their unique care and nursing homes across East Anglia.

The Resident Liaison Manager in Cambridge will

•              Work with local and senior management team to review occupancy levels and develop an effective sales and marketing strategy.

•              Will be hands on working with the managers at the home to develop occupancy levels and drive footfall.

•              Install an effective lead management system locally and liaise with the central marketing function.

•              Initiate all introductions to the home and be the point of contact for resident and relative enquiries.

The Resident Liaison Manager will need to have experience of business development or driving admissions in a Care and Nursing Home or Complex Care provider.

The Resident Liaison Manager will enjoy a competitive base salary of £50,000 per annum, 5k car allowance and a bonus scheme.
