Location: Coventry, UK

Working Hours: Full Time Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.00pm - Hybrid Working Available

Salary: Dependant on Experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including but not limited to employee record management, data entry, and file maintenance.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, such as posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and assisting with onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Support employee benefits administration, including enrolment, changes, and inquiries.
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives, collaborating with the HR team to drive process improvements and enhance employee experience.
  • Provide general HR support and respond to employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organisation.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Prior experience in an administrative role or similar capacity is preferred but not required.
