Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end to end delivery of large workstreams.
• Leading client facing meetings and workshops.

• Guide offshore teams to design, configure and test a process area to successful deployment for a client.
• Cultivating client relationships, expanding your network, and accumulating diverse experiences to effectively address client needs.

What We're Looking For:

• Hands-on experience implementing at least one module of the Oracle HCM Cloud platform.
• Expertise in the Core HCM module.
• Background in Functional Consulting.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end delivery of workstreams.
• Consultancy background with involvement in pre-sales and business development activities.
