Are you a Senior HR Business Partner who is driven by change and strategic thinking?

Our client, within the Professional Services sector, is seeking a talented individual to join their team as a Senior HR Business Partner. As a key facilitator and driver of change, you will work in partnership with the business to define and deliver strategic people solutions aligned to business priorities.

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Working closely with our HR Centres of Excellence (CoEs), you will be responsible for delivering well thought through people solutions aligned to business strategy and focused on employee experience.
  • Leading the design, development, and delivery of your client groups' People Plans in collaboration with business leaders and HR CoEs.
  • Utilising data insights to facilitate decision-making, set priorities, and measure results.
  • Ensuring the successful delivery of key HR cyclical activities for your client groups, such as performance evaluations, in alignment with firmwide strategy.
  • Collaborating with HR CoEs to shape priorities and approaches based on insights gained from business partnering.
  • Acting as a leader within HR and an HR leader within your client groups by leading projects and initiatives for the firm and coaching and developing colleagues across the function.
  • Upholding and role modelling the organisation's values and culture.
  • Leading a team of HR Advisors aligned to your client groups, providing clear objectives, constructive feedback, and development opportunities.
  • Collaborating with the organisation's Employee Relations (ER) team to support the identification and resolution of complex and high-risk people issues, guiding and advising senior business stakeholders through challenging processes.

What are we looking for in you?

  • Strong relationship development skills and a client service approach, bringing credibility and influence to senior business stakeholders.
  • A proven track record of driving the HR agenda in line with business strategy, from diagnosing issues to designing and delivering solutions.
  • Strong HR and business acumen, with a commercial and pragmatic approach.
  • Proficiency in analysing key people metrics and using data to influence business leaders' decisions and strategic thinking.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills and an understanding of operating in a complex, matrix organisation.
  • Strong external market awareness, networks, and understanding of the role HR Business Partnering plays in organisational success.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate best practise HR in a practical and accessible manner.
  • Strong presentation skills (desirable).
