Their Consultants have direct customer communication and are comfortable receiving little instruction and support on day-to-day activities and general instruction on new assignments. They work on problems of diverse scope and demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques to reach solutions. They are comfortable networking with senior internal and external stakeholders in their own area of expertise.

Required Skills:
* DV clearance
* Experience in defence and/or other government services (health, police etc) would be beneficial and an interest in the sector is required
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to present in both large and small group setting
* Experience facilitating workshops or leading in a group setting
* A self-starter with an obsession for outcomes, not activities and a history of achievements.
* The ability to provide valuable and succinct insights
* Experience of customer communications
* Humility and a commitment to self-improvement and self-awareness, including proactively
seeking and welcoming constructive feedback from colleagues.
* A growth mindset.
* Attention to detail and the ability to manage and prioritise

Salary: £30,000 - £70,000 depending on experience
Location: London/hybrid (2 days per week in the office)
