HE Systems Specialist

We are partnered with a UK University who are currently recruiting for a Higher Education Systems Specialist on a 3 month contract starting ASAP.
Please note: You must have relevant Systems / Applications support experience within a Higher Education environment to apply for this role.
Location: Primarily remote based
The successful HE Systems Specialist will:
- Support a wide range of HE systems including HR systems, websites and timetabling systems
- Troubleshoot various application issues
- Communicate with vendors to solve technical issues
- Manage relationships with stakeholders across the business
The successful HE Systems Specialist will have:
- Experience working in Higher Education
- Experience supporting a variety of HE systems and applications
- Ability to take initiative and recognise when problems need addressing
- Technical background
- Strong communication skills
