Principal Town Planner

My client is a global leading multi-disciplinary consultancy whose growing Manchester based team is looking to recruit an ambitious Principal Town Planner!

The successful candidate will join a dynamic team of Town Planning specialists working on providing planning and environmental support on major UK projects for a range of clients, and delivery of schemes for new homes and supporting infrastructure on a range of complex sites.

Candidate Requirements

We are seeking applications from candidates who hold a relevant Planning degree and MRTPI Chartership. You will ideally have proven experience in managing and delivering multi-disciplinary projects, with the ability to work alongside and coordinate internal and external teams. You will have strong report writing, verbal, and presentation skills.
