Occupational Health Nurse Key Responsibilities:

* Provide expert occupational health advice and support to employees and management.

* Conduct health assessments and screenings, including pre-employment screenings and health surveillance programs.

* Offer guidance on workplace adjustments and accommodations to promote employee well-being.

* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement health promotion initiatives.

* Maintain accurate and confidential health records in compliance with regulatory standards.

Occupational Health Nurse Requirements:

* Valid NMC pin.

* Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health Nursing.

* Proven experience in occupational health nursing.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
