Office Manager/Coordinator

I am looking for an Office Manager to coordinate day-to-day business activities to  ensure a safe and welcoming environment for colleagues and visitors. .

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the office day-to-day.
  • Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services.
  • Plan and order catering supplies.
  • Assist with administration of finance, company secretarial and HR tasks.
  • Assist the Exec team with diary planning and scheduling.
  • Organise team activities and events.
  • Contribute to our professional social media channels.

Experience: 

  • Strong interpersonal skills and enjoy engaging with others at all levels of seniority.
  • Well-organised and able to prioritise effectively and respond to business priorities.
  • Proactive and autonomous, you identify and solve day-to-day issues.
  • A working knowledge of MS office tools.
  • Diligent, and carry out your duties in a timely and deliberate manner as well as responding with calmness to unplanned events.
