Are you a skilled Technical Business Analyst looking for an exciting opportunity to work remotely while collaborating with a dynamic team? We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Technical Business Analyst. This role offers the flexibility of remote work with occasional on-site presence in Peterborough.

Responsibilities:

- Perform system analyses on software programs, applications, and web services.
- Efficiently integrate new systems, programs, and applications with business operations and services.
- Utilize Agile delivery processes, including tools like GERIA, scrums, and sprints.
- Bring expertise in bespoke software development business analysis.
- Partner across the organization to understand business needs, products, and processes.
- Elicit requirements and develop comprehensive analysis artefacts/documentation.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architecture, Support teams, Development, and Testers to ensure solutions meet stakeholders' needs.
- Work autonomously and provide leadership where required.
- Utilize technical understanding to write mapping documents and work with XML.

Requirements:

- Strong technical understanding.
- Experience with API and XML.
- Ability to capture and define technical system requirements and characteristics.
- Experience working on data integration/migration projects.
- Understanding of API integration and system integration (ETL, ELT).
- Familiarity with application architecture approaches (API, Micro Service, Event-Driven Architecture, RESTful web services, N-Tier Applications).
- Proficiency in requirements modeling techniques (UML, use cases, user stories, etc.).
- Preference for a hands-on approach to gathering user requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical solutions in a clear manner.
- Experience running workshops capturing requirements with senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrable experience working on large, multi-national transformation projects.
- Experience in a project-based, client-facing environment.
- Experience working as part of an Agile delivery team.
