We are looking for a qualified and experienced Plumber to join our Clients Property Team. This role is crucial in providing high-quality plumbing maintenance, repair, and installation services. You will be part of a team that makes a real difference to people's lives,.
Day to Day of the role:
- Complete plumbing repairs and maintenance jobs to properties in line with work schedules within our Responsive Repairs Team.
- Carry out installations of sanitary ware, baths, showers, kitchen sinks, and new pipework.
- Perform maintenance and renewal of cold water storage tanks and unvented cylinder heads.
- Engage in basic carpentry, tiling, plastering, and general building skills when necessary.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- NVQ level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing, or at least 5 years of experience in the core trade.
- Experience working in occupied premises and delivering excellent customer service.
- Proficiency with mobile technology such as iPad or PDA.
- Full and current driving licence with a minimum of 1 year's driving experience.
- Ability to drive a company van (subject to a satisfactory licence check and essential qualifications check).
