School Receptionist / Administrator

Aspire People are currently in need of School Receptionists and Administrators across Birmingham for a variety of Primary and Secondary schools. Applications from candidates with school experience are desirable however Aspire People welcome applications from those without.
As a School Receptionist and Administrator your day to day responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Answering phones and taking messages
* Typing of letters and memos to parents
* Dealing with parents and pupils
* Inputting details onto SIMS
You must be:
* Proactive
* Hardworking
* Work to strict deadlines
* Ability to multi-task
* Be friendly and personable
Hours tend to be 8.30 to 4.30 however do vary from school to school and are usually full-time roles.
