Account Manager
We are working on a fantastic Account Manager position based in Harrogate working within a vibrant business. As an Account Manager you will manage a large number of existing accounts, creating opportunities to cross sell and upsell whilst building strong relationships.
This is a full-time permanent position based in Harrogate. Salary is £25,000 to £27,000 p/a based on experience plus a monthly bonus along with excellent benefits including gym membership, 32 days annual leave (including stats), birthday off, and employee wellbeing program.
Account Manager responsibilities:
- Managing a large group of existing accounts
- Answering inbound sales calls
- Making proactive sales calls to existing accounts
- Processing online orders
- Processing verbal orders
- Creating new sales opportunities with existing accounts
- Create and send quotations.
Requirements:
- Previous account management / sales experience
- Telephony skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive
- A positive can-do attitude
- IT literate
