Role Description:

This is a full-time remote role for a Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, analysing data and trends, and overseeing the marketing team. The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for creating and managing content for various marketing channels, such as social media, email newsletters, and blogs.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of marketing principles, tactics, and strategies
• Experience in developing and implementing marketing campaigns
• Ability to analyse market trends and data to inform marketing strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, such as Google Analytics and social media management tools
• Experience in content creation and management for marketing purposes
• Project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Leadership skills and the ability to manage a marketing team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Work cross - functionally to oversee the timely execution of the marketing plan and collaborate with sales development and sales to ensure strong follow-through on sourced leads
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Creativity - an eye for design and detail
• Problem solving skills - ability to identify and solve unprecedented issues
• Adaptable - responds well to changes in demands
• Experience in the HR / Payroll industry is a plus as is working knowledge of Salesforce Platform
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

The role is offered remote with occassional meetings in London and travelling needed as necessary for company events and exhibitions.
