As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in planning and monitoring financial performance indicators on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. You will conduct financial feasibility studies for new investments, new product introductions, and production relocations, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Additionally, you will analyze the financial consequences of major decisions and contribute to reporting and analyzing financial and managerial data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting directly to the Head of Finance and Controlling, oversee daily business operations
  • Excel in Order-to-Cash processes, from order receipt to final invoicing for B2B and D2C channels
  • Define business requirements and priorities, and oversee local business processes within Order Management and Order Fulfillment teams
  • Collaborate across departments to diagnose processes, perform gap analysis, and facilitate process changes and enhancements
  • Act as a change agent, clarifying the impact of new solutions on ways of working and facilitating process training and documentation
  • Drive continuous process improvements and monitor process performance, analytics, and opportunities for enhancement
  • Execute process adoption and capability maturity assessments, translating them into business requirements and development roadmaps
  • Identify new innovative digital solutions and ways of working, translating them into actionable improvement initiatives

Job Requirements:

  • Extensive process expertise in Sales Controlling Operations, specifically Order-to-Cash Order Management and Order Fulfillment
  • Expertise in agile ways of working and lean methodologies
  • Degree qualified
  • Excellent experience in and understanding of SAP S4/HANA
  • Digitally savvy and data-confident
  • Strategic skills with conceptual thinking ability
  • Strong influencing and communication skills
  • Decisive and self-initiating with change management skills
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written, in addition to another European language would be a bonus
