I-texo Construction Recruitment are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team, with a view to progressing into a Senior Business Figure.

I-texo is a well-established construction recruitment agency, covering Trades & Labour, Groundworks & Civils, White Collar across the Home Counties. We aim to build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients by providing a flexible, honest service and supplying quality candidates. 

The Role:

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, we’re looking for someone that can in and help drive the business forwards from a sales perspective including Blue and White Collar whilst at the same time becoming involved in business decision making and processes moving forwards.

• Business Development
• Maintaining existing relationships
• Mentoring and guiding
• Business decision management

In return an excellent renumeration package tailored to the individual can be put in place.

Most of the work will be focussed across the Home Counties, as a business we’re looking to expand further afield, with no geographical restrictions.

Experience required:

• Construction recruitment background
• Running Blue & White Collar
• A competitive, confident, resilient individual
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Highly motivated, keen to develop and achieve business growth
