Brand new opportunity now available for a Technical Lead to work for a leading research and design company in Livingston, West Lothian.
This company develop high-tech products. Working across various industries, this R&D team always pushing boundaries to create innovative technology! The purpose for this role is to provide engineering design services and support for product development and commercialisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as an expert in engineering disciplines for global cross-discipline product development.
- Lead technical teams and consult on projects, ensuring success and managing resources.
- Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes and project execution globally.
- Mentor teams and provide customer service leadership.
Education/Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering; higher degree preferred.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Comprehensive cross-discipline development knowledge.
- Understanding of structured design.
