Job Title: Estimator – Landscaping Services

Location: Commutable to Bicester (hybrid working)

Remuneration: £30,000 - £45,000 (dependent on experience)

The role of the Estimator – Landscaping Services will involve:

• Estimating role dealing with a range of landscaping, street cleansing and ground maintenance services
• Interpreting client requirements, specifications and scope of works
• Populating tender documents and producing quotations
• Hand over quotations to Operations team to follow up
• Manipulating data from pricing schedules on Excel
• Obtaining price lists from suppliers where required
• Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
• Typical project value ranges from £500k to £5m

The ideal applicant will be an Estimator – Landscaping Services with:

• Must have an understanding of construction estimating processes
• Ideally will have estimating experience within the landscaping market sector or passionate about green spaces / the environment
• Ideally worked with local authorities and NEC contracts
• Strong Excel skills with the ability to manipulate  complex formulas (VLOOKUP’s etc)
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and commercial skills
• Comfortable working within a fast moving constantly evolving company
• Driven, hungry and can work autonomously and as part of a team
