Manthorpe Building Products is a leading designer, manufacturer and supplier of plastic injection moulded, vacuum formed and extruded products for the building industry.

This role is to support the Marketing Manager at Manthorpe Building Products and drive growth through strategic marketing campaigns.

The B2B Marketing Executive will play a key role in planning, executing, and measuring the success of marketing initiatives targeting our trade customers, including housing developers, merchants, contractors, architects, and specifiers.

The role will be based out of Ripley but will involve travel and interaction with all of the 'Genuit' businesses plus customer facing events and meetings.

Workings hours:

This is a Monday - Friday position working 8:30am until 5:00pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing targeted content and campaigns to engage our target audience, including digital, print and event-based activities.

  • Creating a wide range of digital content across all platforms, such as photography, videos, infographics, and more.

  • Managing and updating our customer database, ensuring accurate records and GDPR compliance.

  • Creating and coordinating the production of sales collateral, technical documentation, and other marketing materials.

  • Analysing campaign performance and providing insightful reports to the Marketing Manager.

  • Using data and campaign evaluation, contribute to the development of future marketing strategies.

  • Supporting the delivery of our trade shows, conferences, and other events.

  • Collaborating with the sales team to align marketing activities and support their customer base.

  • Manage literature, giveaways, and event collateral with external suppliers.

Skills & Requirements:

  • B2B marketing experience, ideally within the construction or building products industry.

  • CIM qualification or Business with a marketing specialisation.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into compelling marketing content.

  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.

  • Digital marketing expertise, including website management, email marketing, and social media.

  • Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.) desirable.

  • Ability to work on own initiative to deliver results.

  • Must be able to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
