Senior Quantity Surveyor
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an established main contractor in Bournemouth. The business works across the commercial, education, defence and healthcare sectors with projects typically valuing up to circa £80mil. Projects are administered via JCT and NEC forms of contract and many are procured via national and local frameworks.
Due to a recent succession of project wins, they're now looking to bring an additional Senior Quantity Surveyor into the team to manage an upcoming scheme in the region. As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be commercially responsible for the project, working closely with the site team to ensure the project maximises profitability but also meets key project deadlines. You will be reporting into a Managing Quantity Surveyor and will have a more junior member of the commercial team reporting into you.
In return, the successful Quantity Surveyor will receive a salary of up to £80k + Package and the opportunity to join a business with a secure pipeline of work in the region.
