Job Title: Administration Assistant

Location: Edgbaston, Birmingham
Salary Up to £24k – Hours: 9.00am – 5.00pm Mon-Fri

This major law firm offers a range of legal Services for businesses and individuals and have multiple sites. They have been established for over 35 years and operate out of 14 offices throughout the Midlands. They provide themselves on being able to simplify legal issues no matter how complex and offer clear, practical advice in order to achieve the best outcome for their clients. They have a team of experts in housing & property, conveyancing, family, wills & probate, employment, and litigation as well as commercial law
Typical responsibilities
Provide comprehensive support to their team of solicitors, ensuring operational efficiency. Responsibilities include assembling legal bundles, managing correspondence, client engagement via phone and in-person, maintaining filing systems, drafting contracts, and conducting property legal searches.
Experience needed
Ideally have experience working within a legal environment.
Possess high levels of speed and accuracy.
Have a good telephone manner and be comfortable speaking with clients both on the telephone and in person.
Be highly organised, methodical, and adaptable.
