Our client based in Oswestry is looking to recruit a Support Worker on an ongoing basis. You will be responsible for the overall management of supporting vulnerable service users
Key Responsibilities of the Support Worker:
⦁ Offer targeted housing related support to eligible customers in order to promote their independence
⦁ Assess customers for support eligibility and agree support tasks
⦁ Regularly review the progress of support, and report on outcomes achieved
⦁ Prompt and encourage customers to establish and maintain settled lifestyles
⦁ Support customers with money management including debt counselling, claiming benefits and accessing money advice
⦁ Support customers to comply with the conditions of their tenancy and engage with the communities they live in
Essential criteria of the Support Worker:
⦁ Previous experience within a similar role
⦁ Full UK Driving Licence
⦁ Enhanced DBS
