Customer Service Advisor

AMJ Recruitment are currently looking to recruit 5 x Customer Service Advisors on a permanent basis for our valued client based in CV12 Bedworth.
The Customer Service Advisor position will require the candidates to be the first point of contact with customers to deal with delivery, returns or any issues that may arise during the purchase experience.
The role will require you to work 40 hours per week on either a 08:30 to 17:00 or 09:00-17:30 shift pattern. The position will also require a 5/7 working pattern with you currently working 1 weekend in 4.
80% of the role will be contacting customers to arrange delivery of the product with the remaining 20% being used to deal with returns and general customer service enquiries.
The position is office based and will require you to be on the phone for the majority of your working day dealing with both in and outbound calls.
You must be competent on excel and have a positive telephone manner.
