Business Consultant

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Consultant to join an excellent client's team who are based in Fleet, Hampshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing guidance and support in the implementation and optimisation of our client's financial software. Ideally you will have strong financial technology knowledge and will possess excellence internal and external communication skills.
This is a hybrid working and you will be expected to work from the Fleet offices 1-2 times per week.

Skills required:

• Proven experience in implementing and configuring software solutions, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients, understand their needs, and articulate solutions.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Role responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their entity administration requirements, business processes, and operational challenges.
• Lead or assist in the implementation of the software, including data migration, system testing, user training, and post-implementation support.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation, including system configurations, user guides, training materials and best practices.
• Ensure the quality, reliability, and security of the application by adhering to established standards, conducting testing, and implementing best practices.
• Configure and customize the application to meet client specifications.
