A Delivery Consultant is required to join Fusion People in their Bristol office located in the City Centre. In this role, you will report into the Lead Recruitment Consultant and focus on the attraction and placement of applicants within the infrastructure sector, with a particular focus on the railway industry. Your daily tasks will include calling, screening, and registering applicants, arranging interviews, writing up and posting job adverts, monitoring timesheets, liaising with candidates on training requirements, and other associated administrative tasks as requested by your line manager.

To be successful in this role you will need to be resourceful, adaptable, and be a great communicator with a positive attitude. Good writing skills and a friendly telephone manner are also key personal attributes.
