Salary: £36000-£41000 (dependent on experience)

I am searching for a motivated and passionate Project Architect with a keen eye for detail to join a well-established, award-winning practice in Manchester. The RIBA chartered practice has a vibrant portfolio spanning the commercial, education and healthcare sectors and provides sustainable and high-quality designs to all clients.

The successful project Architect will have significant UK-based, post Part 3 experience and should be confident running projects through all RIBA stages. You will have strong technical skills and have a dynamic portfolio full of excellent technical designs. Revit knowledge is essential.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Project Architect:

  • Significant UK based experience post Part 3 qualification
  • ARB registered
  • Proven experience running projects through all RIBA stages
  • Exceptional technical abilities
  • Great knowledge of current UK building regulations
  • Able to work to deadlines whilst completing work to the highest standard
  • Creative design flare
  • Brilliant communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Revit knowledge is essential
  • Local to the Manchester area
