My client is recruiting for Building Services Technician based in West London within the NHS
Ideal candidate needs :
- Gas Safe commercial and domestic AP for relevant engineering systems
- City & Guilds certificate or NVQ Level 3
- Current driving license
- NHS experience
- Significant experience with all types of mechanical and gas installations
- To work in accordance with the requirements of HTMs, Gas Safety Regulations and other Mechanical Engineering plant and services guidance
- To provide supervision and training where required to other estates staff and contractors as HTMs
- Travel between London sites as required.
- Carry out authorised and competent person duties as HTMs and Gas Safety Regulations requirements as part of the line management safety for all London sites.
