£25,000 - £28,000/annum

A varied and busy role has arisen within a dynamic, successful, and growing company within the construction industry.

You will be working within a fun and friendly team in a busy Administration role which will include accounting duties. This role will grow and progress in the future.

We are looking for a candidate with 1-3 years’ administration experience who has good attention to detail and is highly numerate who is looking for a role that will grow in the future.

Key responsibilities

  • Answering phone and reception duties
  • Organising stationery, printer, and office supplies
  • Checking and renewing utility suppliers and bills
  • Looking after car fleet – insurance, breakdown cover and congestion charges etc
  • Looking after company healthcare agreement
  • Ensure first aider and fire testing are up to date
  • Booking of hotels and travel requirements
  • Tracking and reviewing all direct debits
  • Reconciling and loading all credit cards and expenses onto Sage
  • Checking, inputting all supplier invoices and dealing with queries
  • Highlighting any overspend – feeding back to project managers
  • Raising client invoices
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Supporting projects, sales, and H&S teams with ad hoc requirements
