Key Asbestos Services is a highly reputable and ambitious Asbestos Consultancy working in a niche market where there is great demand for our services. 

We have built long term relationships with multiple companies and are retained by numerous clients, including construction companies, architects, developers, property managers, other commercial companies and domestic clients.

Account Manager - The Role

A proactive Account Manager is required who can initiate and win new business and also build on and develop more income with existing clients. New Business and Operations

Success in this Account Manager and New Business role will hinge on excellent communication skills, an ability to build trust and to close and retain clients. You will be at the core of our company’s development and growth in a market where there is a real opportunity for expansion and significant demand for our expertise. You will be working with clients from initial enquiry to completion of work and managing delivery of services working closely with the rest of the team. 

Account Manager - The role involves: 

  • Growing Business with Property Management Cos, Architects, Developers, Surveyors and domestic clients across the Property and Construction industry
  • Working with an existing clientele and new potential clients
  • Following up and managing incoming commercial and domestic enquiries
  • Managing clients and the full process from initial contact through surveying and removal works, coordinating the working in conjunction with the Surveying and removal teams 

Account Manager - Requirements 

  • Excellent verbal communication skills 
  • A proven track record of success in New Business / Account Management 
  • Excellent organisational skills 
  • Ability to manage a number of clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Able to work autonomously under pressure and meet deadlines. 
  • Full Driving Licence 
  • A level / degree educated. 
  • Industry experience not a prerequisite though experience working in construction, asbestos or compliance industries such as Legionella / Fire risk advantageous.
  • Must live within reasonable commute of our Surbiton offices.
