Are you an experienced Contracts Manager seeking a new and exciting opportunity? Fawkes & Reece are working on behalf of well respected, family owned company that provides construction services across the UK and Ireland. This contractor focuses on health care, hotels, commercial, student accommodation, fit out and education construction projects worth approximately £35 - 40million.
As the Contracts Manager you will be responsible for:
- 2-3 projects totalling £120million of project value
- Pre-construction work, PCSA, tendering all the way through to delivery
- client management.
- focusing on design, programming, delivery and quality.
Requirements for the role
- 5+ years experience as a Contracts Manager
- Proven experience with similar projects i.e. health care, commercial, student accommodation, education projects
- Has managed several projects of a similar value, circa £35 - 40 million.
