Key Responsibilities:

Daily activities will vary based on experience and may include:

  • Leading and managing project management teams
  • Developing and managing client relationships and business opportunities
  • Participating in business development forums and sector groups
  • Collaborating across all offices in project management
  • Expanding the client base with new and repeat clients
  • Establishing detailed client briefs and communication procedures
  • Arranging feasibility studies and obtaining necessary statutory approvals
  • Preparing and maintaining master programmes for all project activities
  • Managing finances, including cash flow forecasts and project expenditure
  • Leading Design Teams, risk and value management
  • Conducting contractor selection, tender evaluation, and appointment
  • Overseeing construction quality and conformity to specifications
  • Administering building contracts and preparing necessary documentation
  • Chairing project meetings and preparing regular client reports
  • Taking day-to-day responsibility for projects/workstreams
