Industrial Electrician
- Location: Washington (must be able to travel to multiple industrial sites across the UK)
- Job Type: Temporary (with potential for full-time employment after 12 weeks)
- Rate of pay DOE
- Working days: Monday – Friday (weekend work required during busy periods)
Requirements:
- JIB/ECS registered electricians.
- Full clean UK driving license.
- Able to commute to and from work independently.
- Predominately industrial background.
- IPAF 3a/3b certification.
- Testing and inspection skills helpful but not mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs at various industrial sites.
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety standards and regulations.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with team members and site managers to complete projects efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed.
Additional Information:
- Work involves starting directly on industrial sites, commuting from the depot to various locations, or spending the working day at the depot.
- Successful completion of initial 12 weeks may lead to full-time employment opportunities.
- Candidates should demonstrate motivation, self-sufficiency, reliability, and strong work ethic.
