- Permanent position with 4 days office and 1 day work from home
- Salary range £28,000 to £30,000 + Benefits (DOE)
Our client is a global business with a fantastic name in the FMCG manufacturing market.
The Role
This role will be a 50/50 split between office administration and basic HR duties. Your varied responsibilities will include.
- Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the office, ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly
- Provide support to staff and management, including handling correspondence, preparing documents, and scheduling meetings
- In close collaboration with the HR team and provide support to recruitment activities.
- Manage HR administration duties inc Right to Work documents, take notes in meetings etc
Your Skills & Experience
To be considered for this opportunity you’ll need to clearly demonstrate.
- Your excellent administration & communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong IT skills including Excel and all Microsoft Office suite
- Strategic planning & organisational skills
- Excellent people skills, also able to manage personal data with GDPR practices
