Job Title: Seeds Production Assistant

Location: Lincolnshire, Belmont.

Rate of Pay: £13.25 per hour

Adecco are recruiting on behalf of our client who are seeking a diligent and motivated Seeds Production Assistant to join their team. If you have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and an interest in the seed industry, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

• Assist in all aspects of seed processing, including box cleaning, plant clean downs, and sampling.
• Contribute to general work in the seed plant and field, assisting in various tasks.
• Support harvest activities, including driving tractors and cleaning combines (Full training including driving machinery can be provided).
• Help prepare seed for dispatch, maintaining high standards of seed purity.
• Demonstrate good eye for off types and ensure seed purity in the field.
• Assist with driving tasks, such as seed sample deliveries to the lab.

Skills:

• Full driving licence is essential.
• Forklift licence is desirable, but training can be provided for the right candidate.
• Comfortable using tractors or willing to learn with full training provided.

Attributes:

• Enthusiastic, with a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
• Possess a strong work ethic and good time management skills.
• Flexible regarding working hours during the peak season.
