As they embark on their next phase of growth with the opening of their state-of-the-art office and warehouse in Kibworth, Southern Leicester, they're excited to welcome passionate individuals to join their team.

You'll play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations across various departments. Your responsibilities will span across purchase management, sales support, and general administration, ensuring the smooth functioning of our office and warehouse operations.

Are you the right person for the job?

  • Experience working in a B2B SME environment
  • Proven track record covering administrative responsibilities for at least 15 years
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Numerical and analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong planning and scheduling abilities
  • Excellent time management and quick learning aptitude
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bookkeeping and financial knowledge are a plus

What will your role look like?

  • Purchase Management (40%): Handle vendor onboarding, manage the purchase ledger, monitor stock levels, and assist with logistics coordination
  • Sales Support (30%): Provide general customer service, maintain the showroom, manage databases, and assist the sales team as needed
  • General Administration (30%): Oversee office supply and maintenance, greet visitors, manage switchboard calls, conduct research tasks, and provide PA support to the MD
