Project Manager / Contracts Manager required!

True are working in partnership with a Heat Network specialist, that have built a reputation through the decarbonisation of heat using renewable technologies. They’re renowned for their ability to identify issues and deploy the necessary expertise in design, delivery and operation of low-temperature heating solutions. They work across a variety of projects which expand from Residential Developments, Housing Estates, Mixed-Use Buildings, as well as Commercial Offices and Retail Spaces.

This role offers the unique opportunity for a Project Manager / Contracts Manager to oversee a range of live heat network construction projects, honing in on the technical and commercial aspects. You will monitor projects at different stages from design, construction, through to final commissioning. This role requires an individual with strong client facing abilities and technical proficiency around the products.

• £65,000 Base Salary

Project Manager / Contracts Manager requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in engineering project management and/or technical management of M&E systems/heat networks.
• BEng or MEng degree in a relevant engineering discipline OR equivalent qualification in construction/project management.
• Strong Mechanical / Heat network background
• Mechanically bias
• HND required
