Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the main point of contact.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand clients' business objectives and create digital marketing strategies to meet those goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
- Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to review progress, address issues, and explore new opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide clients with informed recommendations.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
- A proactive, client-focused attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
