We have an amazing opportunity for an Employment Coach working for a lead training provider. You will be asked to provide the delivery and assessment of personal development and employability skills, supporting dis-engaged learners to build their Employment and Training Portfolios
Locations: Warwickshire/Northants
your requirements are:
- Experience in providing excellent customer service IAG/Coaching
- Have a history of working with people from a wide range of backgrounds.
- Demonstrate the ability to work towards awarding body standards
- Good conflict resolution skills
