About the Role:
 
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will:
 

• Post job adverts and proactively search for candidates on targeted job boards and via social media networking sites
• Assess and review CVs for key candidate skills and abilities
• Manage application process, from candidate pre-screen calls to booking interviews with Hiring Managers
• Complete comprehensive industry analysis and market research
• Attend local recruitment events and university open days
• Liaise and communicate with Hiring Managers to gain updates on headcount plans and remain informed of growth strategies
• Maintain our CRM system with up-to-date information on candidates
• Represent the Premier Group brand and become an integral part of the team
• Be confident creating social media content
