Salary: £27,000 per year
Main duties:
- Outlining the business's project objectives clearly to contractors.
- Setting and adhering to the budget.
- Monitoring costs, progress and quality.
- Organising all paperwork.
- Communicating with clients and dealing with complaints.
- Checking the building for faults.
- Starting and finishing the project and survey.
