Own transport, valid CSCS Card, Experience and willing to travel are essential.
Our client based in the Northwest are looking for Bathroom Fitters for sites in Manchester and surrounding areas ( Greater Manchester/Merseyside) , this is for large social housing refurb projects. You must be flexible with travel in your own van, a fuel card will be provided.
Please only apply if you meet the below-.
Ideally Minimum of 2 years experience in a Multi Skilled position- Wetrooms (occasionally), Plumbing, Joinery, Tiling, Electrical.
Able to work under own initiative but able to follow instructions as/when needed and work in a clean and tidy manner.
Demonstrable competence in at least two of the following disciplines and recognized qualifications in at least one discipline.
o Safe rip out of bathroom
o Preparation of walls and floor for tiling and/or decorating/finishing.
o Tiling to a competent standard
o Joinery to a competent standard
o Plumbing to a competent standard
o Basic make good of plaster work
o Ability to finish all work to an acceptable standard
You will need to demonstrable general understanding of all relevant trades and processes and hold the relevant experience and certificates in health and safety and asbestos awareness.
Your own transport and tools (Fuel Card provided) would be an advantage.
Salary -£32,000 with company van, £36,000 with your own van (fuel card provided.
