Some of the responsibilities will be:
- Provide exceptional customer service, offering precise and impartial insurance advice and support to our valued clients
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients and colleagues to ensure comprehensive coverage for our clients
- Engage in negotiations with insurers to craft comprehensive insurance programs that provide maximum value for our clients' premiums
- Drive business growth by identifying and seizing opportunities within new and existing client bases, collaborating closely with our marketing team as needed
- Stay abreast of industry developments, including new products and sector conditions, to maintain a detailed understanding of our offerings
- Collaborate with Account Handlers, Claims Handlers and other Account Executives to help achieve the wider company goals
