SThree is delighted to announce we're accepting applications for a HR Operations Team Leader on a fixed term contract. This position presents an excellent opportunity to join our team in a managerial capacity, working with a global audience of stakeholders. Additionally, it offers the potential for growth within an international company.

You'll be required to apply your processing and systems knowledge to a range of situations and provide first line advice and guidance to the HR Co-ordinators, wider HR colleagues & customers. This is a line management role therefore you'll take ownership of all aspects of performance management

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the development, review and implementation of HR processes in line with business, legislative and policy updates
  • Ensure confidentiality and governance to GDPR
  • Regular quality audits of team output and data integrity in line with the agreed reporting and events calendar
  • Report concerns with process non adherence, GDPR and risk to the Global HR Operations Manager
  • Regular update of the team's skill level in this critical area
  • Ensure appropriate Information and customer feedback is used to evaluate the effectiveness of processes to improve the experience for our people
  • Work in partnership with HR Ops peer group to ensure global alignment
  • Collaborate and partner with Team Leaders in HRIS, HR, Reward, TA, Payroll and SAP IT to ensure all processes deliver the best outcome for our people
  • Participate in monthly stakeholder meetings
  • Setting of SMART objectives for all team members
  • Monitor and leverage metrics and trends to determine process improvement options
  • Supporting the Global HR Operations Manager with project related activity

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Proven experience of HR Operations in a similar fast-paced environment
  • Track record of process documentation and process improvement
  • Previous Line management experience
  • European language skills desired but not essential
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
