Academics are recruiting a confident, charismatic Design Technology Teacher on behalf of an Independent School in Fareham who are looking for a DT teacher to join them on a full-time contract, starting in September. You will be required to plan and deliver DT to pupils in their upper school, aged 11-16 years.

The school was ranked 10th in 2023 in The Times Parent Power Schools Guide which was a huge achievement.

• Have excellent communication skills to be able to build relationships with both pupils and staff.
• Be confident in planning, preparing and delivering Design Technology lessons in line with the curriculum.
• Adapt your lessons to varying levels of learner.
• Adhere to school safeguarding and behaviour policies.
• Be local to Fareham or be willing to travel.
• Have or be willing to submit an enhanced, child workforce DBS.
