We are currrently recruiting for an Employee Relations Consultant and the role will be offered on a remote basis. You can be based anywhere in England. It would be great if you could pop to the offices in Andover once a month, but this isn't essential!!

This is a full time and permanent position, working 9 - 5 Mon to Fri. There is a competetive salary of up to £50k on offer, plus 15% AIP bonus and a host of benefits including life assurance, private medical, employee wellness scheme and a contributory pension. 

You will be providing ER support to EMEA based business and employees and be report into a US based senior, with a team made up of US based employees + a consultant in every other international region. 

As part of the HR team and reporting to the Sr Director, Employee Services, the Regional Employee Relations (ER) Consultant plays a crucial role in fostering a positive and productive work environment, by managing employee relations and promoting a culture of fairness and compliance within the organization.

Expertise in HR policies, labour laws, and conflict resolution will be necessary in maintaining a harmonious and inclusive workplace for our valued employees. The Regional ER Consultant will focus on partnering with the Business Process Outsourcer (BPO) in ensuring a positive employee experience.

We are looking for an individual with the following skills & experience: 

    • A level 5 or above CIPD qualification
    • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a prior HR role focusing on Employee Relations
    • Experience working with Workday HCM including Workday Help module
    • Ability to communicate ideas and data in a persuasive and appropriate manner
    • Strong skills in coaching, conflict resolution and ability to have difficult conversations
    • Strong organization, planning and project management skills; ability to prioritize tasks for both self and team
    • Collaborative, innovative and customer-focused
    • Must possess the ability to thrive in a team-based environment and work effectively with employees of all levels
