Job: Panel Technician

Salary/OTE: £60 OTE

Area: Newcastle

Ascend Talent is seeking a Panel Technician to join a prestige family owned accident repair centre based in Newcastle. As a Panel Technician you will be responsible for all Panel Repair, Replacement & Structural aspects of the vehicles entrusted with the ARC. In this position it requires knowledge & previous experience of the various systems & methods.

Responsibilities: 

• As a Panel Beater, the purpose of your role is to repair and replace body components to damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition and to BSI PAS 10125 and manufacturer's standards, by assessing the best way to conduct repairsm, using specialist body repair equipment.
• You will be working in a team environment along with other skilled technicians, VDA's and customer service advisors, to provide a measurably different repair experience for our customers.

Experience/ Skill:

• You will have previous experience working in an accident repair background as a panel beater or multiskilled technician.
• ATA or NVQ qualified would be highly beneficial, and we will support renewing the qualification.
